How long have you been at Raincity Athletics? What brought you to RA? 
I moved to Vancouver in March 2019. I knew I wanted to join a gym and was scoping some out. After my first session at RA I knew I wanted to comr back, mainly because of the dogs and Scott listed all the Ice Cream spots in Vancouver 😂

How have you adjusted your training habits since insolation started? 

I tried keeping a consistent time (usually morning!) to workout. The virtual classes keep me motivated and accountable. It's nice being able to roll out of bed and into a workout without leaving the house. 

What do you miss the most about the gym? 

My friends! And the dogs! It's so quiet working out on your own and makes you realise how much the gym environment makes you work harder. I'm excited to be reunuted with the pups! 

What have you learned about your self during this time? 

That I need to chill out! I found it hard at the first to accept that I wasn't working, I didn't need to be busy and it's okay to have a sofa and netflix day. Now I'm working again, I wish I had taken it easier!! 

What move do you hate the most but you are so desperate to come back to the gym that you won't mind to do?

Handstand push ups... my ceiling is too low!
