Sarah De Lucca has travelled the world studying movement, physiology, yoga and meditation. Her repertoire of movements come from her background in functional fitness, pilates, yoga and dance. Uniquely combining these elements enables Sarah to create programs for her clients that are fun, challenging and ever-changing. Sarah's goal is to empower all of her clients to feel strong and confident in their bodies. She strives to help her clients find movements they LOVE, so they can move with ease and be well for life.
